On the eve of the Lunar New Year, “Max Group” provided a total of 1.5 billion MNT in housing support to its 54 top employees. Among them, eight employees of “Khan Altai Resource” LLC received this support, each receiving a certificate worth 20–40 million MNT today.
With its people-centered policy, “Khan Altai Resource” LLC continuously implements various initiatives to improve employee well-being, including salary increases, bonuses, discounts, and benefits. A prime example of this is the “Max Family” program.
